21st Street Receives Drainage Improvements

The 21st Street storm water drainage project is scheduled to be completed
by July 17. The open ditch is being enclosed with the installation of drainage
pipes. "This project site is part of the 2008 Miscellaneous County
Wide Stormwater Improvements, Phase II project," DPW PIO Kit Werbe
said.
The drainage improvements will occur on the north side of 21st Street from
8344 to 8556. "The cost of construction for this site is approx. $100,000,"
she said. The total project is $677,000.
